Kristi Moore – Registered Psychotherapist

Kristi is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor of Arts Sociology degree from Carleton University and a Master of Arts Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Kristi believes that every individual has the capacity for healing, growth, and resilience.  Her approach to therapy is a collaborative, client-centred experience, where she will work together with you to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. She believes that an authentic, empathetic, and non-judgemental therapeutic rapport is the core foundation necessary to meaningful work and genuine progress.

Deciding whether to embark on an individual therapy journey often involves much consideration.  For some, the decision may feel frightening or enlightening, exciting or daunting, but be assured, Kristi is prepared to meet you where you are – wherever that may be.

Individuals frequently turn to therapy when they are feeling stuck, disconnected, or struggling to navigate difficult life transitions. Kristi is passionate about working with adults and the older adult/geriatric population serving individuals living with mild, moderate, and severe mental heath concerns. Kristi is experienced working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, behavior issues, grief/loss, early-stage cognitive impairment, coping with caregiver fatigue and burnout, navigating significant life changes/challenges, and stress management.

You do not need to work through personal challenges alone.
