Emma is a knowledgeable and caring RMT who attended Medix College in Brampton and graduated with Honours. Her desire to help people resulted from a journey to heal herself after sustaining multiple sports injuries over the years. In 2010 she became a Registered Yoga Teacher, in 2017 a Certified Health Coach and in 2021 a Registered Massage Therapist.
Emma is well known for her thorough assessment skills and desire to help her clients discover the root cause of their pain. She is committed to providing the best possible care by promoting evidence-based and outcome-based practices, staying current with the latest research and embracing life long learning through both mentorship and by taking continuing education courses.
In addition to an active practice, Emma is a fierce advocate for her fellow RMTs and the advancement of the profession. She is the organizer of Dufferin County’s Community Based Networking for the RMTAO and seeks to build up and support other therapists where ever she can.
Whether the concern is injury, stress, chronic pain, or fitness related, Emma uniquely approaches each case with curiosity and an open mind. With patience and guidance she helps her clients identify their goals, create a treatment plan and encourages everyone to take an active role in their own recovery and daily wellness.
